FAQ

HOW TO APPROACH BODY AFTER TREATMENT?

1. Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and lactic acid from your muscles.
2. Rest and Recover: Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours to allow your body to recover properly.
3. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to any lingering soreness or discomfort and consult your therapist if needed.
4. Avoid Alcohol: Refrain from drinking alcohol immediately after your massage to prevent dehydration and support recovery.

5. After a sports massage, which often provides deep relaxation, it's especially beneficial to go to bed earlier. This allows your body to enjoy a more restorative sleep, further enhancing the recovery and benefits from the massage.

BENEFITS OF MASSAGE

- Lighter Body, Clearer Mind, Elevated Mood: Helps you feel physically lighter, mentally clearer, and emotionally uplifted.

- Promotes Deep Relaxation: Provides profound relaxation for both the body and mind, reducing stress and improving overall well-being.

In this state, your body begins to accumulate resources to heal itself.

- Reduces Chronic Pain: Targets deeper muscle layers to alleviate chronic pain and discomfort.
- Improves Range of Motion: Helps release tight muscles and improve flexibility.
- Relieves Muscle Tension: Reduces tension and tightness in specific muscle groups.
- Enhances Circulation: Improves blood flow to affected areas, promoting healing.

Purposeful Pressure: The pressure applied during the massage is intentionally firm to address specific muscle issues and release tightness. This focused pressure may cause temporary discomfort, but it’s a sign that we're effectively working on the muscles.

Temporary Sensations: Some soreness or tenderness may occur during or after the session. This is normal and usually short-lived, similar to how you might feel after a strenuous workout. It indicates that the muscles are responding and recovering.

WHAT IS YOUR TREATMENT PURPOSE

Therapeutic massage effectively helps relieve muscle tension and reduce stress, often providing noticeable relief after just one session.

For the best results, regular therapeutic massage offers overall health improvements, including better performance, a lighter, more relaxed body, softer muscles, and improved sleep quality.
